Éloge France Vietnam was established on June 11, 2008, as a pharmaceutical joint venture between Vietnam and France. After a period of training, technology transfer, and factory construction, in September 2011, the company was certified by the Ministry of Health with GMP-WHO standards for three pharmaceutical production lines: Non-Betalactam, Penicillin, and Cephalosporin.

In 2019, Éloge achieved GMP-WHO certification for its health supplement production line. By 2020, the company expanded with two additional production lines for cosmetics and medical devices, meeting ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards.
