In pursuit of the mission to enhance the value of each member enterprise, the Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community successfully organized the BFS 2026 program themed: “IoT Applications & Green Transformation in Enterprises.” This event was more than just a seminar; it was an inspiring “real-world” experience conducted directly at the Genba (worksite).

A key highlight of the program was the site visit to Ngai Cau Company’s factory. Here, Keiers witnessed firsthand the integration of Lean production management (Monozukuri) with modern IoT technologies. Observing how the company optimizes processes to achieve “Green Transformation” provided participants with a deeper understanding of the value of continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Beyond the tour, the program featured valuable academic and practical insights from expert speakers:
Operations & Management Perspective: Strategies for integrating IoT to improve efficiency and quality control.
ESG Strategy (Environmental, Social, and Governance): Guidance on building a sustainable development roadmap, focusing not only on profit but also on social responsibility and environmental protection.

The BFS (Business Follow-up Seminars) have long served as a platform to “refuel” business passion, allowing members to share challenges and seek solutions together. The active participation and vibrant discussions among Keiers demonstrated a relentless spirit of learning and the aspiration to build a self-reliant and resilient Vietnamese business community.
The Organizing Committee sincerely thanks Ngai Cau Company for their warm hospitality, the speakers for their insights, and all participating members. The values shared at this BFS will undoubtedly drive Keieijuku enterprises to pursue even stronger Kaizen in the future.
