On the morning of April 9, 2026, the Board of Presidents of the Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community held a key meeting with the Vietnam-Japan Institute for Human Resources Development (VJCC) to unify their activity directions and strengthen coordination.

Key Discussion Points

The two parties reached a consensus on strategic goals to increase practical value for member enterprises:

  • Training and Capacity Building: VJCC continues to implement core programs such as Keieijuku, CEO, CFO, and CHRO. Emphasis was placed on the Smart COO program (in partnership with Toyota) focusing on Genba, Ba, and BI, as well as new programs like Smart Industrial Management (SIM) and Creative Business & Cultural Industries (CCI).

  • Business Follow-up Seminars (BFS) and Networking: Strengthening BFS activities at business sites, focusing on practical production experience, and enhancing business connections supported by JICA.

  • Practical Engagement: Community enterprises will participate more deeply in the training process through mentoring, lecturing, hosting interns, and recruitment.

  • Social Responsibility and Next Generation: The Keieijuku Vietnam Scholarship Fund is expected to launch on April 20, 2026, to support outstanding students and nurture potential leaders.

  • Database Development: Aiming to build a “Kei Databank” to support internal trade and information connection with Japanese partners.

The meeting concluded in an open atmosphere, affirming a long-term commitment to a self-reliant and resilient Vietnam. On this occasion, the Board of Presidents presented meaningful souvenirs to the VJCC Institute, showing appreciation for the long-standing partnership.
