The Year End Party (YEP) 2025 series of the Keieijuku Business Community Vietnam has officially concluded, leaving a profound mark on a year filled with companionship and shared values. Under the theme “Connecting Together – Creating the Future,” the event transcended a typical year-end gathering to become a meaningful journey of “Body – Mind – Wisdom,” reaffirming our community’s position as a hub for ethical entrepreneurs in Vietnam’s new era of development.

The series commenced with an intellectual seminar: “Vietnam’s Economy 2026 – An Investor’s Perspective.” Amidst a rapidly shifting economic landscape, the core messages of transparency and substantial capacity were deeply discussed. Experts identified 2026 as a critical “opportunity window” where capital flows will become more selective, making transparency a prerequisite for survival. For the Keieijuku community—predominantly manufacturing enterprises—this is the time to leverage Japanese-style management (Monozukuri) and methodologies such as Kaizen or QCDSE to restructure operations and optimize cash flow. Every Keier was reminded of the mission to “be rich before getting old”—meaning to be rich in capability, value creation, and resilience before the demographic window closes. Only those who prioritize authentic business and fundamental change can stand firm and create sustainable wealth for society.

Following the intellectual flow, the Spring 2026 Pickleball Exchange brought a vibrant energy to the series, showcasing the community’s dynamism and adaptability. This sport acted as a perfect bridge, dissolving all boundaries between senior alumni and new graduates like the Kei 22 class. Driven by the “Dedication” of the Organizing Committee, the tournament provided a diverse playground alongside traditional Golf and Seminars. The newly formed Pickleball clubs are not just for health but serve as spaces for entrepreneurs to build rapport and open high-value investment opportunities naturally. The cheers on the court and the bond between partners affirmed the spirit of “reaching out to the great ocean” that our community aspires to.

The emotional peak was reached during the Gala Dinner, where the “Kei Family” spirit resonated more strongly than ever. The enthusiastic participation of the Kei 22 class—our newest alumni—with their energetic performances proved that the Keieijuku spirit of “Passion – Warmth – Proximity” has quickly taken root. The night was not only a look back at the brilliant moments of 2025 but also a space for members to practice the values of Sharing and Respect. Deep gratitude was expressed to the VJCC Institute, the Board of Directors, and the Organizing Committee—the silent connectors who nurture a business community that is not only intellectually strong but also rich in Heart (Tam) and Kindness (Tu te).

As this meaningful journey concludes, on behalf of the Organizing Committee and the Board of Directors of Keieijuku Vietnam, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Board of Presidents, the VJCC Institute, our guest speakers, sponsors, and all Keiers for your time and dedication. Your presence and contributions did more than just create a warm Year End Party; they helped preserve a community built on wisdom and integrity. We wish the Keieijuku family a 2026 filled with health, peace, and happiness. May we always uphold the spirit of “Connecting Together – Creating the Future” to achieve even greater successes in the journey ahead.
Sincerely, BCT – BĐH – BTC Keieijuku YEP 2025
