On the afternoon of December 8, 2023, at Dulico Company, the Metal Group and invited Keier members participated in a Photography Workshop featuring Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung from BenMedia Company, who is also a Kei 13 alumnus and Vice Head of Communications for the Keieijuku Vietnam Community.

In the era of information and strong social media interaction, developing and executing a corporate brand strategy requires flexible adaptation. Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung shared essential insights into the importance of brand image in creating “prominence” for businesses, especially when customers spend no more than 4 seconds forming an emotional assessment through websites, company materials, or product images. “Customers analyze with logic but make decisions based on emotion, and imagery is the fastest, strongest, and longest-lasting way to convey emotion in customers’ minds,” Mr. Hung emphasized.

To effectively communicate brand strategy through images, businesses need an image service partner who truly understands and accompanies them. Such a partner requires not only communication skills but also a deep understanding of production, especially Japanese-style production. This is a complex challenge, and for products and services with high emotional value, the “serendipity” ( cơ duyên ) between the partner and the business becomes crucial – much like the Japanese philosophy of “Ichigo Ichie” (One opportunity, one encounter).
