On the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneur’s Day on October 13th, the Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community extends its sincere greetings to all members. This is an opportunity to reflect on the relentless contributions of Vietnam’s entrepreneurs.

During a friendly meeting with the community’s Executive Board, Mr. Toda – a respected teacher who has been with the Keieijuku program for many years – shared a profound story. He recounted his journey witnessing Vietnam’s transformation, from a country facing many difficulties in 2005—with weak infrastructure and an early-stage business mindset—to becoming one of the rare nations in the world with a high economic growth rate (7-8% per year) just 20 years later. According to him, this is “the nation’s great opportunity,” a valuable moment for the Keieijuku entrepreneurs, who have been trained to apply lean and sustainable management methods in the Japanese style.

Keieijuku members are trained by experts from Panasonic on Japanese-style production management (Monozukuri) with the goal of “contributing to society” through quality goods and a human-centered management philosophy. With a philosophy of ethical business, Keieijuku focuses on Kaizen (continuous improvement) and human development, creating genuine products/values and serving society. It is these core values that have enabled Keieijuku entrepreneurs to build internal strength, ready to embrace and seize the great opportunities of the country.

The Board of Presidents and Executive Board of the Keieijuku Vietnam Community are confident that the Keiers will continue to strive, act with excellence and class, living up to the expectations and trust that Mr. Toda, the Vietnamese and Japanese teachers, and the VJCC Institute have placed in them.
