KEIEIJUKU CONGRESS 2025–2030 TERM: IGNITING DEVELOPMENT ASPIRATIONS, SPREADING THE SPIRIT OF BENEVOLENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP

22/04/2025 04:17

Parallel to 15 years of establishing and developing the Keieijuku Advanced Business Program at VJCC Institute – Foreign Trade University, the Community of Keieijuku alumni has continuously grown in both quantity and quality. The core values of the community, including business ethics focused on people, aspirations for sustainable development, and contributions to Vietnam’s industry, have consistently been upheld in many of the community’s activities.

To continue preserving and promoting these values, as well as to implement new crucial tasks of the VJCC Project for the 2025-2030 period, on April 22, 2025, the Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) collaborated with the Keieijuku Community to organize the Keieijuku Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

The Keieijuku Congress for the 2025–2030 term and the First Meeting of the New Presidential Board and Executive Board of the Keieijuku Community were successfully concluded, opening a new chapter in the development journey of the Keieijuku entrepreneur community. With a spirit of solidarity, innovation, and action, the Keieijuku community pledges to continue promoting its core values, spreading the spirit of benevolent entrepreneurship, and making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the country.

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien – Director of VJCC Institute – emphasized: “Keieijuku is not just a training program, but a journey of business transformation, shaping management styles and forming a community of pioneering, benevolent, and connected entrepreneurs. VJCC Institute consistently identifies its role as a sponsoring organization, accompanying and supporting the development of the Keieijuku business community. The 15th-anniversary celebration of the Keieijuku Program, held on December 13, 2024, left a strong impression on the reputation and sustainable development of the Keieijuku Community with former Keiers and large organizations both domestically and internationally. And this year, 2025, is a golden time for us to look back at the values achieved, reshape a more systematic development path, and co-create new ideas and approaches with new personnel joining the Community’s Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term”.

On behalf of the Keieijuku Community Executive Board, Mr. Nguyen Dao Vinh – Vice President of the Community – summarized the activities that have been implemented and operated by Keiers over various periods, evaluating strengths, overcoming weaknesses, and addressing difficulties to aim for more explosive opportunities for the Keieijuku Community in the future.

The period from 2025 to 2030 also marks a new phase in the JICA-VJCC Project. In the context of a volatile global business and competitive environment, with a commitment to accompanying Vietnamese businesses in their continued development through the VJCC Project, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is very clearly aware of the importance of the Keieijuku business community in creating a sustainable business environment.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Hanazato Nobuhiko – Chief Advisor of the VJCC Project – affirmed JICA’s commitment to accompany and guide the Keieijuku Community in the new phase. He stated that the JICA–VJCC Project is a step within the long-term strategy of the Japanese Government, aiming to enhance industrial competitiveness in Vietnam, especially in the areas of small and medium-sized enterprise development and supporting industries.

He also emphasized that one of JICA’s top goals is to propose and support capable personnel to become members of the Keieijuku Community Presidential Board for the 2025-2030 term. Based on the Community’s operational results, objective observation and evaluation by JICA experts, and especially deep understanding of Keieijuku over many years, Mr. Hanazato proposed a list of 06 personnel for the Keieijuku Community Presidential Board for the 2025-2030 term. These individuals were proposed by JICA based on criteria of seniority in Keieijuku Community activities, reputation and influence in past large and small Community events, and especially consistently receiving the respect of Keieijuku Community members for their business ethics, responsibility, and dedication in common Community endeavors. He expects the new Presidential Board to inherit the spirit of responsibility, strategic vision, and together with the community, achieve new successes in the next 5-year period.

The Congress proceeded with a direct vote and received 100% consensus from the participating members for JICA’s proposal. Following the announcement and decision handover, the 6 members of the Presidential Board for the 2025–2030 term were officially introduced:
