26/04/2025 02:16

Hanoi, April 26, 2025 – The Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community held a meeting of its Presidential Board at 10:00 AM at Vinhomes Riverside, Hanoi. The meeting was attended by Presidential Board members including Mr. Vu Tien Cong, Mr. Nguyen Dao Vinh, Mr. Dao Trung Kien, Ms. Vu Hong Hanh, Mr. Chu Hoang Tung, and Mr. Nguyen Van Trong.

The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss and finalize the organizational model and action plan for the 2025–2030 term. This initiative aims to foster sustainable development and expand connections among member businesses within the community.

The new organizational model for the 2025–2030 term was approved with clear assignments:

  • Presidential Board: Composed of key members, responsible for developing strategies and action plans. Members are assigned specialized areas including sports, internal affairs, event organization, external relations, finance, and CSR.
  • Executive Board: Will consist of reputable representatives from previous Keieijuku courses, responsible for coordinating the implementation of action plans. The Executive Board has a flexible mechanism to add members as required by specialized tasks.

Within the framework of the 2025–2030 action plan, the Keieijuku community’s Presidential Board identified 5 key priorities:

  1. Re-launching fee-based annual activities: Focusing on on-site consulting, specialized training, intra-community trade, and external trade development. Utilizing the Cafe Kei model for exchanging and discussing Keier needs, thereby forming linked groups that create value for members.
  2. Expanding networking opportunities: For businesses across various sectors, from commercial services to industrial manufacturing and logistics.
  3. Developing a member handbook system: To facilitate trade and information exchange within the community.
  4. Promoting internal CSR activities: Focusing on supporting personnel and community members facing difficulties.
  5. Boosting communication: On social media and online platforms, through cooperation with specialized partners.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the community’s Presidential Board identified the following next steps: official announcement of personnel changes, coordination of new communication strategies, updating member data for the handbook, and organizing an Executive Board meeting scheduled for May 21 or 23, 2025, at Villa Flamingo Dai Lai.

The Keieijuku Vietnam Community is committed to continued strong development, serving as an important bridge between Vietnamese and Japanese businesses in the upcoming period.
