On the morning of October 20th, at the Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Development Institute (VJCC), the Graduation Ceremony for the Keieijuku Advanced Business Program Course 21 and the Opening Ceremony for Course 23 took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere. The event not only marked an important milestone in the students’ learning journey but also affirmed the vitality and continuous development of the Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community.

2. INCREASING COMMUNITY STRENGTH

The ceremony officially welcomed 31 graduating students from Course 21, who officially became “Keiers” —a term used to refer to the program’s alumni. They officially joined the “big family” of the Keieijuku Vietnam Business Community. The community is formed by the alumni themselves, who are applying Keieijuku knowledge to their daily business practices.

With over 15 years of formation, construction, and development , the Keieijuku Vietnam community has gathered 1084 Keiers nationwide (as of October 2024, there were 1054 people ) and generated an annual revenue exceeding 4 billion USD.

3. COMMITMENT TO THE ETHICAL BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

At the event, community representatives reaffirmed the core values that make Keieijuku distinct:

  • Mission: To add value to each member enterprise through networking and leveraging collective strength to jointly build the nation.
  • Vision: To become a reputable social organization in Vietnam of businesses aspiring to Japanese-style management and to be an effective, reliable bridge for Vietnamese-Japanese businesses.
  • Common Core Values: Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) , Respect , Practicality , Sharing , and Sustainability.

The guiding principle for all actions is the “Ethical Business Philosophy” , which specifically emphasizes a focus on people and serving society by creating genuine products and values. “Ethical business” means “doing real work, making truly good ‘made in – made by Vietnam’ products” , focusing on continuous Kaizen to create competitive value and developing people. This is also how the community spreads the spirit of national capitalism, connecting stably for a Self-reliant – Self-sufficient – Self-improving Vietnam.

4. WELCOMING COURSE 23 AND CONNECTING ACTIONS

Welcoming the 30 new students of Course 23, the community introduced practical activities to turn knowledge into action:

  • Genba Tour: Organizing actual factory and office visits to member enterprises, where management tools are applied.
  • BFS (Business Follow-up Seminars): Organizing practical “Business Follow-up Seminars”. The community has successfully organized 73 practical BFS sessions.
  • Other Activities: Kei Cafe, internal trade networking, sports activities (such as golf/tennis tournaments with accompanying trade ), and “Sống chất” business networking events.

The K21 Graduation and K23 Opening Ceremony successfully concluded, opening a new chapter for 31 new Keiers and a new knowledge journey for 30 new K23 students. This clearly demonstrates the community’s commitment to striving to contribute to Vietnam’s industry and building a prosperous, sustainable business community.
